Chocolate Mint Pudding

Ingredients

·         1.5 Cup Milk or Milk Substitute

·         3 Scoops Phormula-1 Chocolate Mint Cookie

·         1 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

·         1 Package Knox Gelatin

·         0.5 Cup water

 

Directions

Step-1

Measure out water and gently stir in gelatin. Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes.

Step-2

Combine Milk, Phormula-1, and Coca Powder in blender and mix until smooth

Step-3

Warm water and gelatin mixture in a medium sauce pan to melt gelatin. Whisk in chocolate mixture, strain and portion into two containers and set in fridge to cool and set up, overnight
