Blueberry protein smoothie

Let's start by saying I am obsessed with blueberries as I think they are packed with tons of great nutrients that you should be getting 2-3 times a week. I usually eat a couple handful's by the fridge through out the day as a snack but when I am feeling like I need to start the day with a smoothie this is my go to formula. Its not exact but you'll get the idea :)

If your going to have a smoothie for breakfast you better be putting in some protein powder as it is an easy way to get in some extra protein and it makes it more of a complete meal. My personal favorite is UR The Answer as it is all organic sweetened with coconut sugar and stevia. Of all the protein powders out there I have tried I seriously think this is the best tasting protein on the market.

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup bluerries
  • 1 scoop UR The Answer
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup almond milk 

Put it all in your Vitamix and blend for 20-30 seconds until smooth.
